i was pleased with the variety of food for breakfast. the coffee was the best. i had, even better than some coffee shops. the hotel packed breakfast since we left around 6 am. it was lovely. i didn't expected that.

i was a little disappointed with some aspects of the room. multiple sockets were broken and didn't work. there were also scuff marks all over the place. windows and the desk weren't cleaned properly, either. i also found the breakfast very disappointing as quantity seemed prioritized over quality.

The room was quite spacious. the bathroom was large. It featured both a bath and a walk-in shower with hot water. breakfasts were pretty good. There was a decent amount of choice.

the customer service was bad. i called about canceling one of the rooms, but they declined. the hotel has a rigid policy and has no sympathy for unavoidable situations like that. we had to get three rooms although my family just stayed in two rooms instead.

The breakfast buffet included many options. It had both asian and western choices. Our room on the 30th floor gave us access to the private lounge. We also enjoyed extra breakfast drinks there. Canapés and free drinks were available every night. This was between 5 and 7 pm.

The service was fine, but sometimes I felt the staff's english skills were not the best. This caused minor misunderstandings..
